Just Lost My HD Channels

Hi

I spoke to someone a couple of weeks ago requesting that I wanted to remove BT Sports from my package. 

That has gone ahead from today but it appears I have also lost all my HD Channels. The loss of those Channels was not mentioned in the original telephone call. I specifically asked if everything else would be the same and that was confirmed.

If that conversation was recorded could someone have a listen and explain.
