Everything I watch on catch up is terrible. Picture is pixilated and lines shooting across the screen!
Is live TV also affected? Assuming you've rebooted your box, this would generally be indicative of a fault that is best being reported.
Be aware of C/S agents who might think rebooting your box, only for the fault to recur a few hours/days later, is a "fix"
