Earlier today I received my WiFi and TV package from virgin. After many issues of the WiFi not connecting at all, I’ve managed to get everything plugged into the correct place and the WiFi now connects to everything but my TiVo box which is constantly stuck at the same point of ‘There is a problem with connecting’ error. I’ve tried all troubleshooting suggestions both online and on the TV.
Can someone please assist?
P.S - I can only keep pressing ‘try connecting again now’ as it’s my only option that appears on my television. All cables have been triple checked and are in correct positions.
