Issues with TiVo setup - Connection

Earlier today I received my WiFi and TV package from virgin. After many issues of the WiFi not connecting at all, I’ve managed to get everything plugged into the correct place and the WiFi now connects to everything but my TiVo box which is constantly stuck at the same point of ‘There is a problem with connecting’ error. I’ve tried all troubleshooting suggestions both online and on the TV.

Can someone please assist?

P.S - I can only keep pressing ‘try connecting again now’ as it’s my only option that appears on my television. All cables have been triple checked and are in correct positions.

It's great to hear you've just joined us, although it doesn't sound like you've had the best start with us. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. 


You mentioned you had some problems with your WiFi, is that all working now? 

How does your TV connect to the internet, is it plugged directly into your hub or set up on WiFi? 

Have you been able to watch / use your Tivo since setting it up?
