I ‘spoke’ to the chat bot today to find out about downgrading options I clearly stated that I wanted to consider my options before deciding- they changed my contract anyway from £66.50 for tv, broadband and phone to £62 For just broadband at half the speed. How on earth do I get them to sort this out?
Yes that’s right and the person it moved me onto changed my contract without telling me! I clearly stated that I wanted to consider my options before making any changes. Then later I received my ‘new contract’ in my email. A contract with changes I didn’t request! I specifically said in the chat that I wanted to consider my options before making a decision.
