Hi

have an fault in my area via tech trying to fix this

box on/ off

just wondred if anyone else has the same problem?

Are there any known issues?

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

The Check Service Status is often only populated with details of wide spread outages.

You could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more localised issues down to postcode level.

Whilst not ideal it's probably a better indicator of known problems and should also show the latest estimated date/time for the fault to be repaired.

Not sure what you mean by this. What's the service fault you have?

It's not unknown for the reported area fault to be unrelated to user's symptoms.

it's all been sorted but thank you for your response-

I thought it was an National outtage but soon after realised it was just my area!

Thanks for confirming your issue has been resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience your loss of service may have caused your household. For future reference, you may wish to check here, for any possible area faults.  Also the the number that the fantastic newapollo advised.  Depending on how long you were without service, you may wish to also check here.
