Internet and TV issues OX3

We've been having issues lately where the TV image becomes pixellated and very distorted. This sometimes occurs at the same time our Internet drops out. The problem is intermittent so I don't think there is an issue with our cabling.

whats the best way to check for issues with the service?

The automated faults line is the best place to check for any existing issues in your area that could be causing picture breakup and/or pixellation: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.
