Do you have VM home broadband? I ask because faulty TiVo's are now replaced with V6 which use the same software on a much newer box - but they need VM home broadband to work.

Is it a TiVo box - or actually a V6 or 360 box - see below?
If so - connect it on an ethernet cable and see if that sorts it.
If it does - make that connection permanent (best option) or improve your wifi signal at the V^ location.

HiI @marsdenbeach1
There should be 3 green lights. The middle of the 3, next to a heart symbol, is the "heartbeat" light which indicates the internet connection.
This should be solid, if it's flashing it's not connected or searching for a connection.
Go to Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network connection. When was the last successful connection?
Click on "Connect to Virgin Media service" and wait around 30minutes before rechecking, what does it say?
Hopefully it will have reconnected and all will be working again.

HYello marsdenbeach1, thanks for posting on our help forum today.
We are sorry to hear of the issues faced with your TiVo box not connecting to the network, could you please give us an update on this and how things are since you last posted here?
Also, does the box manage to connect when you try to manually re-connect it, as advised from newapollo above, or do you get any error message/code displayed again?
Please, get back to us if you still need our help - we're happy to best assist.

Hi
Problem is still the same.
I have to keep rebooting the router and TiVo box to get it back on.
