I installed my new Tivo box yesterday, but i can`t watch anything as the picture is distorted, i`ve turned it off and on but its not helped
Are you sure it is the older TiVo box rather than a V6 box? Do you have a Virgin Media broadband account? If not that would be a reason for supplying a TiVo.
