Please help! I have tried to get through to someone at Virgin Media on the customer support number, I press the relevant buttons trying to report a problem with Tivo Box. System runs checks and says no problem and for me to restart box. Have gone through this process many times. There is a problem but I cannot get through to anyone as their checks say no problem. How on earth do I report a problem that is no showing up on the tests that they run?
Intermittently the up and down buttons fail to work when scrolling through menus. The box recognises the action as white light blinks each time the arrow button is pressed. Sometimes have to press 3/4 times for each move and then box might might move down/up one selection or jump 2/3. Initially I ordered a new remote but same problem is occurring. I eventually got through to someone today thanks to a previous reply but VM said they can’t send engineer as it sounds like a remote problem so yet another new remote is being sent to me so a further week’s wait 🤦♀️
