I have an old Tivo box, and the TV service is getting worse eg no ITVX, soon now C4 on demand. How do I get a new box?

Report it as faulty ( being very slow is a fault) and Santa will bring you a V6. Make sure he doesn't bring you a '360' box though, or you won't have a Happy Christmas. Good luck.

As mentioned, all faulty TiVo's are replaced with V6 as a matter of course, providing you have VM home broadband.

TV360 uses the same box as a V6 but on fundamentally different software that is not TiVo.
