Cannot get through to anyone at Virgin.HAVE LOST MANY HOURS OVER DAYS TRYING.
MY SECONDARY TIVO BOX V6 has stopped working completely.It will start with the Welcome window ,switches to the Starting up page, then I get the white flashing arrow pointing down at a TiVo box.
There is also a flashing orange light.I have taken this box down to my lounge unplugged the TiVo box that is working there and plugged the non working one in to rule out any other issues.
Still get the same thing happening as before........Can anyone tell me how to get a new box sent out?

Sorry to see you are having a major issue with your secondary V6 box.
Unfortunately the quickest way to get a replacement is via phoning 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, TV Faults option but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues or mid afternoon/tea time
Have you tried sending a text with a description of TV Faults to 07533 051809?
Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. VM aim to respond within 4 hours, however expect it to take a few days.
VM Staff may pick this thread up for you, however the timescales are from a few days to a week.

To report faults with your TV service, you are best doing as you have already, calling 150 and being patient.
Please don't rely on posting here as an alternative.
