I have reported this issue previously and this still has not been resolved, just send me a new box.
V6 box is OK .
I had tried calling 150 without success, cannot got through 25mins last time and I gave up , try this morning , been on 15mins already.
As frustrating as I'm sure the call queues are, sticking with them is absolutely the quickest way of getting your TV fault rectified!

You could also try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of TV Faults to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
