My tv is showing a green screen on a constant loop saying there is a DVR issue and this has been going on for hours. A reboot won’t work and I can’t get through to customer services. Please help.
That sounds very much like your hard drive has failed - this can't be repaired and the box needs to be replaced.
VM Staff work their way through posts on here, but it can take several days. I would suggest you persist with calling TV Faults on 150 in the meantime, it will likely be ultimately quicker.
