I can't sign in for Virgin Movies on my TV

It seems the method of accessing Movies on Demand has changed, and I cannot access them. I get a message to enter a code via my mobile or computer. This code is supposed to last for 30 minutes, but after about 10 seconds I get a message saying that "there's been an error; please try again". Trying again gives me another code and the same thing happens, so Movies on Demand is unavailable to me. Help would be most welcome.
