I am getting error code 7400

Hi I recently downgraded my package to just broadband but my TV is showing error code 7400 while trying to watch BBC and itv

Hello, You tv won't work as it needs to be registered onto an account that has TV part of the package, you cannot still use the TV box as a source for freeview

Hi Kelly73,

If you have downgraded your package to just broadband then your set top box (V6,Tivo) will now be disconneted from your account hence the reason your getting the error 7400, which means the vertual smart card has now unpaired.

You will get this error. Now that you have downgraded to just broadband, the TiVo would have been removed from your account and deactivated.
