How to get a complaint handled

Good morning,

As my complaint has gone unanswered in the DM conversation I had with a VM staff member for over 2 weeks now, I am making this point public and asking any other customers to also join this thread with unanswered complaints.

All my DM conversations are screen shot, so I’m happy to share them with the team or the Ombudsman if you prefer. 

I look forward to hearing from a VM representative some day.

Just want someone from Virgin Media to actually reply to me!

Ive now got an official complaint registered with the ombudsman, so they can sort it. Virgin are a shower and clearly don’t care

Hi, obviously not escalated that high as I’m still waiting 3 days later.

Ive done the escalation for you and the complaint is with the ombudsman, confirmed yesterday. They’ll be in touch for your excuses and reasons for appalling service and no contact for 4 weeks.
