Hello, I recently received my return kit to send my equipment back but I am not at that address at the moment. I would like to know how long do I have to return my equipment?

There is no current rush - we understand that some customers may be unable to return the equipment as yet due to lockdown and shielding.
If it's been any longer than 60 days, please get in touch and we can update your account for you.

I received a text message saying that it was gonna get delivered but it never was. What should I do? because this is the third I've ordered and I haven't received any of them.
