Hi @Kellyt1973

It's possible we may be able to solve your problem via the forums if you describe what it is.

Otherwise you should call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults

When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc

Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone.

Why do you think you need an engineer?

Fault reporting is on 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Or explain what your issue is, and you may avoid the need to.

Hey Kellyt1973,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.

I would be happy to help but first would need to know what issues you're having to see if you need to book an engineer to resolve your issues.

Kind Regards,
