I have tried getting in touch about moving my Broadband service to my new House.
i was told am engineer would visit the new house to see if there is a Line already installed in the house, but i wasn't told when or what time an Engineer will visit.
Can this be PLease Looked at ?
You might be able to check under tracking if you sign into MyVirginMedia at the top of this page.
I have Already Done that, it only shows me the date i have placed the order, that is it.
It doesn't show me when the Engineer is scheduled.

No there hasn’t been Any movement since my last reply, was hoping someone would come back to tell me when the Engineer will come visit , but no one has.
