Helpline 150 on hold call was cut off immediately on eventual transfer
I phoned Virgin Media on 150 on my landline today (10/10/2020). All I want to do is book an engineer and phoning appears to be the only way you can do that. I was advised that the waiting time could be more than an hour. I dully waited and was on hold (music playing) for 1 hour 5 minutes. However, when the call was being transferred/connected (ringing tone replacing on-hold music) the call was immediately dropped.
Anyone else had this experience today? Any suggestions?
