Hey mate, I'm also having the same issue. The event has been booked on my main box in HD and it's not working on 2nd box either. I've gone into Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media Service now; all complete as "Finished" yet still not working. I rang Virgin Media, obviously automated service at this time, signal retest carried out, waited 10 minutes still not working.
I paid for the HD version, I really hope refund is given.
Completely agree. Pay for live event. It doesn't play, and the 'support' is an automated service that resets your box (like we can't do that ourselves) then tells you that they're closed and to call back 4 hours after the event you pay for is finished. Really poor, Virgin.
