I am unable to load Hayu through my TiVo box. Never had a problem before but now all I get is the spinning circle of doom. Any ideas before I phone Virgin?

Are you still unable to load the Hayu App since you last posted?
If so which package do you have? I ask because it's free on our Full House Package and if you're not, you will have to subscribe for £4.99. Please see this link for more information.
