Very disappointed with the service I received today. I was told some time ago I could have a new TiVo box which apparently records more programmes however we had lots to catch up on so was told we could have it when ready. Our TiVo box is now playing up - we keep losing sound. We have caught up on our programmes during lockdown so decided now is the time to ask for replacement. But have been told to wait 48 hours for problem to be resolved. I asked if new box will be sent which he couldn’t tell me but said to call back if I don’t hear in 48 hours. Very confused over simple request. As a key worker I will be in school teaching the vulnerable children in 48 hours time - so was using my free time to try and sort this issue.
