Re: Green screen

Is this just a plain green screen or is there anything written on it?

I'm not sure what you mean by "all other channels are ok". This is either going to be an HDMI fault, or a dead hard drive - depending on your answer to my first question.

Re: Green screen

My other hdmi channels are fine. On my virgin channels the screen is green with the writing from the menus in the background.

Re: Green screen

So you're describing that when you watch another input on your TV - say Freeview or DVD player, the picture is fine. But the video output from your Virgin box is green-tinted?

If so - that's an HDMI fault in the vast majority of cases. Can you try swapping the HDMI lead from your box to TV? Or changing the HDMI port that it's using on the TV, to one that you know works?
