Gold HD and W (Channels 124 and 125)

Gold HD and a W (Channels 124 and 125) were recently added to our service for “free” as part of Virgin’s 18 Channel upgrade. We also got some Sky Channels including Sky One, Sky Comedy and Sky Crime (like a lot of other people) to name but a few. Yesterday, Thursday, 7th May, we had a major outage and we lost ALL channels until the early hours of this morning. They are all back except Gold HD and W. It now says I need to upgrade in order to watch either of these. I find this totally unfair. You cannot provide channels as part of a free upgrade and then decide 2 weeks later to make them chargeable. Anybody else have the same issues or feel the same? Rant over
