Does anyone else find it strange that when looking for tech support via chat they're always busy and won't stack your request but will happily stack you if you go online as a new customer! I can't sit all day on the phone at work waiting on assistance but can access virgin media and chat in the background of my PC, so frustrating trying to get issues fixed.
Hi when you have a fault it's best to phone from home (they start at 8am till about 10.30pm seven days a week ) so you can be in front of the box powered up so they can check down the line as you talking and surrgest certain things you can do, then failing that arrange for an engineer to come to you.Regards Micky
