Freezing

TV keeps freezing and losing picture every 30 seconds Service check say all is OK

I’m having the same problem, I’ve rebooted my STB but no improvement.

I'm having the same problem. Could it be the signal to the boxes if we're all having the same problem?

Im guessing so, all channel are affected but Virgin TV GO is working fine for me.

think there is a fault on phone now but on hold for ten minutes now

Sorry to hear that you've all had issues with freezing pictures.

 

Has this improved since you posted on Wednesday night? If its still happening is it on one or more channels? Also have you checked our service status page or spoke to the team about it?
