I am new customer to Virgin Media installation date 24th August. I was offered a free Smart 43" Toshiba TV and to date have not received this. I have been chasing this over and over again through texts emails calls Twitter linkin Letters of complaints and no response or lack of from Virgin Medium who claim was dispatched over 1 month ago......HELP!!!!

If you signed up online/telesales channel/in store/third party company?
Do you have conformation of this promotion upon signing up?
Have all bills been paid in full since joining ourselves?
