I was watching Netflix when all of a sudden my box went off. I have tried 4 times to reboot it and it just says starting up. The box has a flashing red light and a fixed blue one. The Internet box has a flashing green light. What do I do?
When you refer to "the internet box", do you mean your router? Because you've posted in the TiVo board and that would tend to suggest you're reporting issues with your TV service. It may just help to be clear what the issues are, that's all.
To report a failed TiVo box, the quickest way is to call VM on the usual number. 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and choose the "I have a fault" options.
