Had to unplug my box yesterday. When I powered it back on, it just displays "starting up". Red light is constantly flashing and the blue is on permanently. Had a look through and I can see plenty of posts for this fault, yet no definitive answer. It seems to be resolved via PM? Any help would be greatly appreciated as my poor Dad has been without TV since yesterday.
Short of unplugging your box from the mains for maybe 10minutes and then reattempting the startup process, the advice would be to call TV faults and report your problem. There could be a network issue preventing your box from powering up, but is quite likely to be a failed box.
I'm assuming all your connections have been checked and are finger tight.

Thanks for the details @Smidsy4747 and I've found the account. I've sent some signals to the box to see if it helps, can you check the TV Box and let me know whether it's okay now? If not, can you tell me if it behaves differently from before?
