All they do is restart the Tivo box from their end. This should not be happening and I am sick and tired of it. I have better things to do than wait about on the end of my phone to eventually get through to someone who might just have a go at resolving the problem. I have been with VM since it started as Diamond Cable but I think it's now time for a change.

Well that's different then - so you've persisted in trying to get VM to deal with the fault and all they seem to be interested in is getting you off the phone than actually deal with the underlying problem and prevent the need for the call in the first place.

Unfortunately there's too many posts lately on here, with very similar tales.
