Remote is still usable but several buttons do not register with the box. I've tried to speak to someone to order a new one but without success.

Yes. I have looked at these pages, changed the batteries etc all to no avail. I'm not interested in using my phone as a remote control for the television.
I need a new remote please. I am happy to be billed for it.
PS if replacement remotes are not available for tivos I'm happy to upgrade to whatever.
