Faulty box

tried all the obvious solutions

changed brick from working box

checked tv is working

tried 150 yesterday, 3 times line went dead after hour of music.

help would be appreciated otherwise with houseful of females, chances of any sport is zero

I was on the line for 2 hours yesterday and had a similar experience, cut off when I managed to get through. Got up at 8am this morning and was through to the technical team was through in 15 minutes, an engineer booked within 30.

Start early is my advice.

Apologies nerd speak ( 1980's era ) for adaptor connecting box to power supply.

not "to Brick " which is to damage, hope that clears that u.

so I know its not power supply issue, different tv was connected still no joy.

as your  marked as insightful, any tips you think I may have missed
