Faulty Tivo

No signal from Tivo box to TV and Technical error when trying online status check, with no further information.

Tried different TV's.

Every time I call I just get 'Call centre closed, plese use online help'. But online help - is no help.

I understand that call centres may be closed with Covid and social distancing, but surely Virgin Media could provide Online chat support

Any idea when the best time to call to get support, I'm paying for a 2nd Tivo box that I can't use.

Hi itwhiz,

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of TV Fault  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faultsbut best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
