No signal from Tivo box to TV and Technical error when trying online status check, with no further information.
Tried different TV's.
Every time I call I just get 'Call centre closed, plese use online help'. But online help - is no help.
I understand that call centres may be closed with Covid and social distancing, but surely Virgin Media could provide Online chat support
Any idea when the best time to call to get support, I'm paying for a 2nd Tivo box that I can't use.
