Faulty TiVo box. How can I get a replacement?

My TiVo box has been faulty for some months. I’ve tried my best to report this but there doesn’t seem any way to contact customer services now . The old 0345 number is no longer in use and 150 says ‘ all lines bust please try later’ it’s impossible to get in touch. I tried complaints but I get a letter saying I haven’t reported a fault. Please can someone tell me how to do this online. I tried getting a replacement remote set ( which you can do) but it’s still the same .

very very very slow and unresponsive. Volume control doesn’t work and iplayer  is very difficult to navigate and there’s no pause, fast forward or rewind. I just need to be able to contact them. Please help someone...

Not sure which number you've been trying, but VM's C/S numebrs are:

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

There's never been any first-line fault reporting online.
