Fault with tivo box

Hi, I have been having problems with my tivo box for a few months now. Unable to watch catch up or recorded programmes as the picture freezes or jumps to further on in the programme. I contacted virgin media who informed me there was no faults with my service. Today I have a green screen that says the DVR has detected a serious problem, any help gratefully appreciated .

Welcome to our Forums and thanks for your first ever post to our Community, I was sorry to understand that you have had some issues with your TiVo box. 


I have been able to locate your account and can see that we have since been contacted and a technician has been and replaced  the faulty box - hope everything is still looking ok for you at home since the visit?
