Fault code m63

Hi. I had just 3 channels but now all back on yet when I go to my apps it say fault code m63. Please help

Hi Jimmy15230,

According the error page for virgin-tv-error-codes/m63  your account is not set up correctly and you need to contact VM.

Call 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile or 0345 454 1111  from any phone

Monday to Friday, 8am until 9pm
Saturday 8am until 8pm, and Sunday 8am until 6pm
