last 48 hours ive had fault c133, cannot get through to virgin media via phone really annoying cant watch Netflix,catchup, no on demand services

Ive tried rebooting ive tried turning box on n off, ive tried reconnecting to the virgin media services nothing.it has now been 2weeks
