Fault after fault

My V6 box developed a fault and a I cannot have an engineer in the house because of a family medical condition they agreed to send a new box. They sent the wrong box. I waited and got the correct one. The correct one would not connect so I had to reinstal the faulty one and make do until virgin resolved it. Then hey presto, after 2 weeks it messaged something about connecting and was fixed. This however produced a fault code on the second box which blocked the picture. I rang again and after over 1 hour and a half like magic both tvs are now showing faults which block the TV picture. To add insult to injury it might take 3 days for a callback. Oh and I forgot to mention Virgin have kindly signed me on a new contract without my knowledge. I think its quite obvious which way this is going as I'm out of contract legally.

Can you confirm what the error message is on the boxes you're getting?
