This appears to be the case for both TiVo and on Demand, are there any know issues?

I have this on SL and the episode numbering has gone straight from S4 E21 (broadcast 08/12) to S5 E3 (broadcast 15/12)
It looks like there may have been some changes to the episode numbering - https://www.tvinsider.com/1062188/fbi-season-4-finale-postponed-new-air-date-season-5/
