Error message W02

Hi,

I keep getting a error message W02 on a number of channels. I have gone through the troubleshooting guide, and that doesn't seem to help.

I have also tried calling customer services, but Virgin seem to keep cutting me off.

Has anyone got any recommendations on how to fix this?

Thank you

Re: Error message W02

Thank you Martin

Where does it say there is a fault on myvirginmedia? I’ve checked the service on the app, and it says everything is working?

Thank you

Re: Error message W02

Faults only make it to the status page if a large number of customers are affected.

Yours must be a local area fault.

Re: Error message W02

Hi Dan

Graham is correct If fault is only effecting a small number of customers will not make it on to service status page.

Hope this helps

Martin

Re: Error message W02

Hi Martin - I’ve been struggling for days now with this error code... I’ve only just set up the tv and box and am finding this really frustrating.  Is it possible to check my status too?  TIA!
