I keep getting a error message W02 on a number of channels. I have gone through the troubleshooting guide, and that doesn't seem to help.
I have also tried calling customer services, but Virgin seem to keep cutting me off.
Has anyone got any recommendations on how to fix this?

You can get text alerts on this Fault by logging into myvirginmedia.

Where does it say there is a fault on myvirginmedia? I’ve checked the service on the app, and it says everything is working?
Faults only make it to the status page if a large number of customers are affected.
Yours must be a local area fault.

Graham is correct If fault is only effecting a small number of customers will not make it on to service status page.
