After phoning up and checking with the automated service (as can't get through to a person) and the automated checks telling me there are no issues. I am still getting the error message 604, which according to the support page that was text to me by Virgin is not recognised.
I choose an episode from a boxset for example (which is included in my packag), it starts up and plays all the adverts, then when it comes to the programme playing it freezes and then gives the error message.
I have rebotted the V6 box and the hub as advised but still getting the error.
Hi Wendy, I have the same Samsung TV model as you and my on demand service is not working. Samsung say there's nothing wrong with the one connect box and virgin say there's nothing wrong with the TiVo box. HELP
