Error codes s102

Hi, I am after some help. I received a new TV box a week ago, and have been getting a error code s102 every day so I can't watch TV. Spoke to virgin everyday so far and all they say is it will be sorted by then end of the day. I am getting feed up now, has anybody else had this problem?
