Error code w02

I have had error code w02 on all channels on and off for the last 3 weeks. I've checked all cables and restarted the tivo box multiple times and it still doesn't work. I can't get through to anyone on the phone. Someone actually hung up on me twice yesterday. The text service is useless as a bot keeps asking the same questions and I haven't had a response from an actual human in 3 days. Getting very frustrated and ready to cancel my contract. I need an engineer to come and look at the tivo box. Please HELP!!!

Check also for known area faults on 0800 5610061 - I have doubts if it's been this long, but all the same.

Are you saying that you were speaking to faults agents and the call was terminated?
