I have had error code w02 on all channels on and off for the last 3 weeks. I've checked all cables and restarted the tivo box multiple times and it still doesn't work. I can't get through to anyone on the phone. Someone actually hung up on me twice yesterday. The text service is useless as a bot keeps asking the same questions and I haven't had a response from an actual human in 3 days. Getting very frustrated and ready to cancel my contract. I need an engineer to come and look at the tivo box. Please HELP!!!
