I have an error message (TU2) when I try to view a channel it says that I am subscribed to

We'd love to see how to best help with this issue and the unknown error you're getting when trying to watch channels you're subscribed to, sorry to see you can't find any info on our error codes listing currently.
Could you please share more on which channels you're getting this error on exactly and if those are part of your current TV bundle as seen on your package info online here?
Also, is the same error present when you're attempting to watch those channels over our TV Go App and/or a pc browser here?
Would you like to advise on how long you've had this issue for and what you've tried so far (TV box and hub reboot?) to see if the error clears out?

thanks for getting back.
the error code was on the movie channel, but I contacted Virgin and after some investigation they managed to fix it remotely. ( they did not say what caused the fault ) but it is now cleared and working fine.
