I have a W02 error code for ITV and Channel 4. I have been through all the recommended procedures to rectify the fault but I still have the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/w02 this is generally a "loss of signal" error, and the final page on that walkthrough guide gives the advice to call into VM to report your fault.

I am also trying the Missing Channels option under TV Care on screen.
