Had error code W02 for weeks, no virgin TV!!! Have called multiple times as following instructions on website just takes you round in the same circles with no further help!!
And, I know Covid19 has screwed a lot up, but why are call centres being advertised as being open till 9pm but when you call (and I have been for days) they are always closed.
Luckily I've had other ways of watching TV but not going to keep paying for a service I can't use, and I can't even cancel the TV because can't do it online, only over phone!!
Very frustrated, can someone please help!!
