Error code M63

I have had this issue all week since I renewed my contract. I have been on hold to VM twice for over 1 hour and keep getting cut off as soon as it starts to ring. Loosing my patience now. Has anyone any idea how to fix this? I can't pause, rewind or record on either of my tivo V6 boxes.

Unfortunately the only way to fix this is contact VM on the phone as per virgin-tv-error-codes/m63 

You can call  150 from your Virgin landline, freephone number 0800 052 0422, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (faultsbut best to call at 8am to avoid call queues, or late afternoon around tea time.
