Sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your TV services at the moment.
I have been able to locate your account and cannot see anything from your account that would be causing that, however there is an area fault that could be causing the issues that you're having at the moment but not 100% sure that is the cause of the problem.
Which box are you having the issues with Tivo or V6?
Are your boxes currently powered up? As I'm having trouble trying to connect to your boex remotely.
