We have just moved house and set up our V6 box and internet.
We have a M63 error code on the TV and cannot use catch up, Netflix etc.
Is there an easy fix? Have tried to call Virgin but cannot get through
As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/m63 this error can't be resolved online and you will need to call in.
